This drawing is made using Inner Voice Drawing, I asked for the theme of the day.

 

Opening up to that inner space, being there. Communicating with inspiration, let it flow out of the color pencils. Being a channel - expressing that feeling inside.

 

The butterfly is to me a symbol of transformation.

ZEN-DOODLE

 

 

It started out as an Iner Voice Drawing but evolved into a zen-doodle. Playing around is such fun, and gives me a good opportunity to let my thoughts rest, and completely be in the moment. Therefore the word zen.

Let food be thy medicine.

 

Real food comes from nature, it is unprocessed or minimally processed before you eat it. It is full of life, in form of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients. It supports our bodies and our health, that's why I choose to eat this way. It can heal our bodies.

I find that it's often the small things that matters the most. Looking at a flower and seeing it's beauty, and be reminded we humans are the flowers of this world. We have to focus more on our beauty, and let it shine like a flower. No filter there! You see the inner beauty shining through, the honesty, the truth, the love, the peace ... See the beauty in you and others! Go look for it!
